General conditions

Prices are valid per person incl. our rich breakfast buffet and delicious 4-course menu served in our non-smoking dining room or on our sunny terrace in case of good weather conditions.

Thursday (Tuesday from mid- June to mid-September) is our family day; on this day we don’t serve dinner (you will just be charged of lodging and breakfast: we'll take notice of it for your final bill). In case of overnight stay with breakfast a 9 euros reduction will be applied. In case of not consumed meals it's not possible for us to let you have a price reduction.

Child reduction: The following reductions are applied in case of children sharing their parents’ room (two adults paying the entire price):

• free stay up to the age of 5
• 50% reduction up to the age of 13
• 30% reduction up to the age of 17

If two children up to 14 years reside in the extra room type Mint, they receive a discount of 5 % on the week- price.

Double bedrooms Mint and Lemongrass single use: 50% supplement

10% reduction for the third and fourth person.

Room reservations are considered binding bookings only at the moment of written confirmation of both parties.

We kindly ask you to understand that we don’t accept dogs.

For stays of less than 4 days we charge a 10 € supplement on the respective overnight accommodation price. We would like to inform you that your hotel bill can be paid in cash, with bank or traveller cheque but not with credit card. EC card: Warning, the payment with EC card abroad is limited, please get information by your bank institution. If you pay in cash you receive a discount of 2 %.

On the arrival day your holiday home is at your disposal from 2pm. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the room before 10.30am. Please inform us in case of late arrival after 6pm.

Cancellations are always displeasing for both the guest and the host. We don’t charge for cancellations received up to 3 weeks before the scheduled arrival day. In case of impossibility to rent the room to someone else, we’ll charge 70% of the accommodation price for cancellation, earlier departure or late arrival. NO-Show we’ll charge 100%
